Where can I add my help questions?

Simply click on the “Feedback” option located in the right corner above the Athena bot. From there, you can type in your question and the ConverSight admin will add it to the “Help Questions” section. If you encounter any issues or bugs while using the platform, you also have the option to submit a screenshot along with your report in the feedback section. This can be helpful for our administrators to understand the issue and take appropriate steps to resolve it.

To add help questions for a specific dataset, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the data management screen.
  2. Select the dataset in which you need to add help questions.
  3. Click on the “Configure SME” option to access the SME screen.
  4. From there, click on the “Help Questions” tab to access the help question screen.
  5. Add your help questions.

By following these steps, you can easily add helpful information and guidance to your datasets, making them more user-friendly and accessible to others.
