How can users customize the conditions and thresholds for triggering alerts within the Insights?

Hello @archanask , To customize the conditions and thresholds for triggering alerts within the Insights feature, you can utilize the Alert Me functionality available on the chat page. By utilizing this feature, you can set specific conditions that, when met, will trigger notifications. To set a condition, you can specify an operator (such as “exceeds,” “equals,” or “falls below”) and a corresponding value. This allows to define the precise criteria for when an alert should be triggered.

For instance, if you want to receive a notification when your revenue exceeds 1 million, you can create a template similar to the screenshot attached below. Once this condition is met, you will receive an insight on your Insights Page, informing you the event that triggered the alert. This customization empowers users to tailor their alert settings according to their specific needs and preferences.
