What is the role of the ‘Response’ textbox in Proactive Insights?

Hi @archanask, the response is used to customize the template. This will show as the insight’s response.

Follow the below steps:

1. Navigate to Proactive Insights by going to SME.
2. Evaluate the Question and validate the Inference.
3. Enter the text in the Response field.
4. Save after adding the Follow-up question.
