I have verified my access details and confirmed that I can access both the workbench and notebook. However, upon logging in and checking the menu list, I could not locate the notebook icon. Despite attempting to modify my access and saving the changes, the problem persists. Would someone be able to assist me with this issue? Thank you in advance.
