What are the benefits of enabling text wrapping for column text and headers in tables?
Enabling text wrapping for column text and headers in tables ensures that all data is visible within the table, even if it exceeds the column width. This feature benefits users by providing them with a better view of their data and avoiding the need for horizontal scrolling.
There are two ways to do this.
Method-1:
- Explore a table component.
- The Columns Fit To View icon should be clicked(See image #1)
- The columns will be wrapped within the screen.(See Image #4)
Method-2:
- Explore a table component.
- Settings can be found in the top right corner.(See image #2.)
- Click on Columns Sizing, choose Fit To View, and then click Apply(See image #3)
- The columns will be wrapped within the screen.(See Image #4)
