When I log in, I could see two tabs: Insights and Dashboard.
Can you explain what is an Insight and a Dashboard and how it is helpful?

Insights
This is a feature where we get to see new updated proactive insights for every new refresh of a dataset.
Dashboard
When you ask a question in Athena Chat you will get some results. When you want to keep the results you can pin those. Those pinned results will be shown in the Dashboard section.
