Is it possible for me to add more than one vocabulary to a column?

Certainly, @kavitha.nagarajan, you can accomplish this using the SME Screen. Simply navigate to the SME screen and select the vocabulary column corresponding to the row where you wish to add synonyms. In the pop-up window, you can add or remove multiple synonyms simultaneously. Once you have finished adding them, save the changes and publish the SME. I have included some screenshots for your reference.
