Does user have the privilege to set the visibility level of a task?

Hi @keerthana.kalimuthu Yes it is possible to control the visibility of a task in Conversight using the “promote” function available in the task management system. This can be done either through the Conversight Notebook by using the syntax “Tasklibraryinstance.tasklibrary.taskname.promote(‘O’, version of task)”, or through the Tasks menu by using the “promote” option.
In terms of security levels, there are three levels in Conversight:
Platform level, which applies to all organizations and users using Conversight.
Organization level, which applies to all users within a specific organization.
User level, which applies only to the user who created the task.
