Hi @kousalya.jayasankar
Sequential steps to Embed Storyboard as public are as follows

Step 1: To embed a particular Storyboard, first find the Storyboard you want to embed, select it, and then click on the Embed icon situated in the menu.

Step 2: After clicking the Embed icon, a snippet of the Storyboard will appear. To continue, click on the ‘Generate Token’ option.

While on the ‘Generate Token’ page, you have the flexibility to choose the validity period for the Storyboard by selecting one of the following options:

  1. Never: By choosing Never, the Storyboard will remain accessible indefinitely, without any time constraints or an expiration date.
  2. Expiry: If you opt for the Expiry option, you can specify a particular duration in days, weeks or months for accessing the Embedded Storyboard. This allows you to exercise control over the timeframe within which users can access and utilize the designated Storyboard.

Step 3: Opt for the ‘Public’ access type and be sure to specify at least one domain by clicking on the Add domain option.
Step 4: Click on the Submit button to generate the authToken and accessID within the snippet.
Once you’ve successfully completed all the preceding steps, you need to copy this snippet by clicking on the ‘Copy’ icon.

Now, you can seamlessly incorporate the snippet into your preferred platform. Following the successful integration of the snippet, you can easily initiate the launch of Storyboards directly from the selected platform. This grants you the capability to access and engage with the Storyboard directly from their own platform, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted experience.

Note:
When you set the Access Type to ‘Public’ while embedding the Storyboard, there is no necessity for a User Token.
